Otter Tech is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier. Message and data rates may apply.

All content, branding, code, and materials created by Otter Tech remain the intellectual property of Otter Tech unless explicitly transferred in writing to the client upon full payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Otter Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Service Modifications

Otter Tech reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where feasible. These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Eligibility

Our services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older and located in the United States. By using our services, you confirm you meet these requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, New Hampshire.
